•  For a custom tour request, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with as many specific details as you can about what you wish to experience, see, learn, do, or not do.

•  Let us know approximately how many people (number of adults & number of kids under 18) will be in your travel group.

•  Lastly, let us know when you would like to go and for how many days. 

Once we receive your information, we will call you to briefly discuss your trip design  ideas you sent us.

After our brief phone conversation, if you are satisfied that we will be able to help you, before we begin working on your custom tour, we will then send you an invoice which we call our Trip Creation Fee.

It is a $150 USD non-refundable fee for our expertise in helping you to create a great tour designed around your interests, vacation time frame, and budget.

THE GOOD NEWS is that we will credit your $150 USD Trip Creation Fee toward the final balance due.

Note: Once you are satisfied with your custom designed tour we have created for you, we will require a $350 USD per person deposit to hold the dates. Then 60 days prior to the start of your trip, your balance will be due and the $150 USD Trip Creation Fee will be deducted from the balance.
